The Healing Kadi Foundation believes that health care is a key to unlocking the potential in South Sudan because it sustains education and development that uplifts generations out of poverty. The leadership structure of our organization is analogous to a three legged stool. The three pillars of the organization are two Board of Directors located in USA and South Sudan and our operating team in South Sudan. The two Boards are strategic partners who provide oversight over operation of the medical facility and develop long term vision for guiding the organization. The relationship between the two boards coupled with experiences from long history of medical service delivery in South Sudan allows for seamless integration of ideas from around the world. Additionally, it gives all stakeholders a platform to interact harmoniously and shape a future with common interest. The bedrock of the organization is led by dedicated operating team from South Sudan who are supported by equally dedicated staff who are committed to the organization.
